PAYMENT TERMS
All accounts are due and payable in accordance with the terms shown on invoice.
A minimum 2% per month service charge is applicable to all past due amounts.
Costs of collection including a minimum of 33-1/3% for attorney fees, will be added to past due invoices in addition to service charges.

NO DISTRIBUTOR WARRANTIES
Schumacher & Seiler, Inc. makes no warranties or representations express or implied as to WORKMANSHIP, PERFORMANCE, QUALITY, DURABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY with respect to these articles or any modifications of these articles requested by the customer. The only warranties applying to the articles sold hereunder are those specifically provided in writing by the manufacturer. In no case will Schumacher & Seiler, Inc. be responsible for installation or labor charges on defective merchandise.

Schumacher & Seiler, Inc. shall not be liable in contract or tort or otherwise for injuries to persons or property or for incidental or consequential damages or for commercial damages or for any other loss or damage.

NOTICE - When goods are received check carefully and promptly, if any differences are noted, return the packing list of shipment with your claim. Claims cannot be considered unless made within 5 days after receipt of goods.

Make all claims on the delivering carrier for damages or shortages on delivery.

POLICY ON MERCHANDISE RETURNS
All returns must have prior consent. All return merchandise is subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge and must be accompanied by the invoice number and date of purchase. Any non-stock material returned is subject to the manufacturer's policy and additional handling charges. Claims and adjustments must be made within 3 days of invoice date. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Stock orders may be cancelled prior to shipment without penalty. Orders that have been refused upon delivery will be subject to a 20% handling charge. Non-Stock (Special) orders may not be cancelled.
